Firms told us the same thing in every conversation: nobody wanted another chatbot. They wanted the document made from what the file already holds, and they wanted their clients' files kept away from big-tech models.
What RMDW built
- A case manager with matters, live statute-of-limitations countdowns, intake, contacts, templates, and billing.
- A document-first AI drafter: entries of appearance, discovery responses, motions, client and demand letters, produced from the case file and downloaded as Word documents.
- Verified case-law research, with any citation the AI cannot verify flagged for the attorney instead of invented.
- Matter import from the firm's document system (iManage and NetDocuments).
- Private-or-off AI: the model runs on hardware RMDW owns. No silent fallback to a cloud model, ever.
