Q: How does the free website preview work?

A: Open Services and tell us about your business. The RMDW team builds your new site and emails you a private link, usually within 3 business days. If you like it, you claim it from a private link: Website + Care is $300 a month with nothing up front, and Website + Lead Engine is $1,000 a month plus a $1,000 setup, both with a 12-month minimum and then month to month. If you don't like it, you owe nothing. No card and no call to get the preview.

Q: What happens on the Hour?

A: We meet one on one on Zoom. You bring your business and your question, and we work it live: what to automate first, which tools fit, what to run on your own hardware, and what to skip. Afterward you get the notes and a written plan you can hand straight to your AI agent.

Q: How does Weekly Coaching work?

A: You pick one time and it is yours every week, on the same Zoom link. It is billed monthly at $1,000, which is $400 less than four single hours. Every call ends with notes and next steps, so each week builds on the last.

Q: What is the Inner Circle?

A: Five seats, total. Weekly calls with me, a direct line to me between calls, and once a month the RMDW team reviews your business and tells you what to automate next. When the seats are full, the booking will tell you, and you can start with the Hour or Weekly Coaching in the meantime.

Q: What is the team call, and why do I pay for it?

A: It is a working session, not a sales call, and there is nothing to apply for. Book it and the full RMDW team goes through your business with you on Zoom. You leave with a full written plan and a fixed quote to build it. The plan is yours whether or not you hire us, and the fee is credited toward the build when you go ahead.

Q: What does it cost to have the team build it?

A: Builds are quoted in writing after the team call, and they start at $500 a month. You see the number and what it gives back before you commit anything.

Q: What is Kiyomi?

A: Kiyomi is our private AI. KiyomiKode puts it on your Mac as a desktop app, a command line, and your own API key for $97 a month, and the API plans start at $25 a month. It runs on Jah 6.0, our own model, on hardware we own in Atlanta. We never train on your data and we never sell it. Already a member? Sign in at kiyomibot.ai.

Q: Is my client data safe?

A: Yes. Our standard systems run on the best AI models under business privacy terms: no training on your data, nothing retained, and a BAA where you need one. For firms whose files can never leave the building, we build the entire system on hardware you own.

Q: I am not technical. Is this for me?

A: That is exactly who it is for. You do not need to know what Claude or ChatGPT is. You need the follow-ups sent and the first draft written. We set it up, you use it.
