RMDW is the AI company for Atlanta businesses. We find what is slowing a business down, build the fix, and keep it running.
Founded by Richard Echols
Richard built enterprise AI and data systems at the IRS, IBM and VT Industries before founding RMDW in Atlanta in 2025. He leads the RMDW team and the work on Jah, RMDW’s own private AI model.

How we work
We start with the work, not the tool. On a free call we learn what is slowing your business down. If it is worth fixing, a $750 audit shows you what to fix, what it costs you now and what is not worth touching, and that fee is credited to your build. We build the fix at a price agreed before we start, then keep it running from $500 a month.
We use whatever fits: software you already pay for, Claude and other AI tools, or our own private AI when your data has to stay private.
