Company · Your data

Your business stays yours.

In plain words: what we keep, what we never do, and how AI is used when we build your lessons.

What we never do

We never sell your data

Not your answers, not your customers, not your files. Your data is used to deliver what you signed up for, nothing else.

We never use it to train AI

RMDW does not train AI on your business. The AI service we use to build lessons does not train on it either (more below).

We never see your card

Payments run through Stripe. We keep a customer reference and your plan status, never your card number.

What we keep, and why

01

Your assessment answers

What your business does, what slows it down, and the numbers you choose to share. Your lessons are built from these.

02

Your public website

If you give us your web address, we read the public site to learn how you describe your business.

03

Your account and progress

Your email for sign in, your lessons, points, check-ins and certificate.

How AI is used

Your lessons are written around your business by Claude, made by Anthropic, through Anthropic’s service for businesses. Anthropic does not use business data sent this way to train its models.

In the lessons you work in your own Claude account, and it stays yours. Foundations lesson 7, Use AI safely in your business, walks you through what should never go into any AI and who checks anything a customer will see.

For offices with sensitive files, like law, medical and financial firms, the RMDW team can set up Kiyomi, our private AI.

Certifications, honestly

We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 today. We would rather say so plainly than imply a badge we have not earned. Traffic to our sites is encrypted, our database encrypts stored data and keeps backups, and secrets are never stored in our code.

Your choices

Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email support@rmdwllc.com and the team will take care of it. The full details are in our privacy policy.
