Membership Terms & Refund Policy

RMDW LLC. Please read these terms before joining.

What your membership includes

An active RMDW Academy membership unlocks every course in the library, including all video lessons and downloadable workbooks and prompts, plus any new courses added while your membership is active.

Billing and renewals

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
The lifetime plan is a single one-time payment with no renewal.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Canceling

You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership anytime from your account page under Manage Billing. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. The lifetime plan does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

If the Academy is not right for you, email support@rmdwllc.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for access that has already been provided, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Using the content

Your membership is for your personal use. The courses, workbooks, and prompts are licensed to you, not sold, and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
