Kaiju-Coder

Kaiju-Coder is RMDW's own local-first builder model for solo founders and small-business owners. It runs entirely on your machine through Ollama, LM Studio, or llama.cpp, with no API key and no data leaving the laptop, and it is tuned for the work that moves a one-person business: shipping websites, wiring Stripe, writing invoices and proposals, capturing leads, and standing up automations.

What they needed

Most AI coding tools are cloud-only, priced per token, and built for engineers. A business owner needs something that runs privately, costs nothing per call, and is tuned for shipping real business assets, not just passing coding puzzles.

What RMDW built

Fine-tuned a 35B mixture-of-experts base (Qwen3.6-35B-A3B) into a business-builder coding model.
Tuned for real deliverables: websites, Stripe checkout, invoices, proposals, lead capture, and intake flows.
Runs fully local through Ollama, LM Studio, or llama.cpp. No API key, nothing leaves your machine.
Published open source under Apache 2.0, with an honest, ship-first voice that never pretends to be Claude or GPT.

Kaiju-Coder MLX 1.1 landed at 93.3 HumanEval and 89.6 HumanEval+, even with its base model, with MBPP at 90.5. Published to Hugging Face under Apache 2.0.
