Messaging Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RMDW LLC (“RMDW,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the RMDW Construction Assistant text messaging program, which sends job-update requests to subcontractors on behalf of general contractors.
Information we collect
- Subcontractor name and mobile phone number, provided by the general contractor.
- The content of update messages you send, including any photos you choose to attach.
- Message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.
How we use it
- To send you job-update request texts on behalf of the contractor you work with.
- To deliver your updates and photos to that contractor and summarize daily jobsite activity for them.
- To operate, secure, and support the service.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share the updates you submit only with the general contractor who added you. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers strictly to operate the messaging service (for example, our messaging carrier), under confidentiality obligations.
Consent and opt-out
Subcontractors are added by the general contractor they actively work with, who confirms each subcontractor agreed to receive these texts. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for program details.
Data retention and security
We retain messaging data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
